I need to do something to lose this 25lbs of weight(yup gained another 10lbs in no time flat since my last update..it's been exactly 5 months today since I quit) I gained from quitting smoking..I'm so depressed over it! It haunts me litterally 24/7 but yet I just keep on eating ..I have no self control..I have heard this diet gets really good results..I'm one who wants results yesterday..
This restricts too many foods that I think have health benefits based on the vitamin and mineral content, especially in the first phase.I pay more attention to the nutrients of a food, so I tend to eat fruits and veggies on the high side of the GI index. My DH calls this the "South Bitch Diet" as the low carb effect can be moodiness. LOL(P.S.- Non- smoking rocks!!!Super job.)
