OMG! I might have to print this out and save it for emergency situations around here. I can't stop laughing. Our smoke alarms are all hooked together and are sooooooo loud. I love it.

Thinking of what else I would do???

OMG! I cant stop laughing. I can imagine doing all this at once. Get the daughter in on it. But just tell her we are doing tests on all toys, phones, lights, horns, doorbells, beds(haha), and its time to wash the blinds and shades...and the sheets need to be washed. Pillows as well. Oh my I guess its good I dont live w a man!!! LOL

I myself think that this would probably be the best time to invite the school marching band over to practice in the livingroom. Or that local opera star. Or maybe that little boy from the grocery store who throws tantrums every two minutes. In fact, invite the whole neighborhood over and throw a lovely surprise party just for him -- because he's such a great guy and all!

But then again, if your having PMS, I'm all for letting out the steam and trying the ol' disposal cleaning and pots and pans clanging. There's nothing like some loud noises and banging to ease that PMS!

Am I glad I'm not related to you guys!

It does remind me of the day that the small town labor day parade started on our street, in our first home, and we didnt' know it.

The high school marching band warmed up around the corner (we were one house in) and hit their stride just as they got to our bedroom window. Nothing like a marching band, tubas, trumpets, drums, and all to get you out of bed in a hurry early on Saturday morning!

The two of us looked at each other and then peered the window, the cat came careening into the room, saucer eyed. I never saw her eyes get that big again until the day she first saw cows. And she came tearing back into the house really upset about the monsters in the field next door!

The only hard work he did was lifing the beer to his mouth from the table!!!! That's why we are getting even! He learned his lesson though!
