Free samples/coupons

I need some help and advise. How do you guys find out about all the free samples and get the great deals on coupons. I have been looking for the coupons in our Sunday paper, but havent seen any great deals. Also, I have been signing up for all of the free samples that are posted here, but is there other places that I'm not aware of? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Just keep at it - once those little samples start rolling in, you'll be amazed at how much it helps out - espically the little shampoos (my favorite!)

I gave myself a goal of signing up for 5 freebie samples per day (some days I really have to hunt for them)
