My fence...
Is already broken.
It was fine when the kids & I got home. The neighbor & her new tenants were over there doing something. I have no clue because it always looks like crap over there. Just a few minutes ago (we've been home an hour) Darcee goes outside and comes back to tell me the fence is broken.
This is what I found:

And it's not like the nails just "slipped out" of their holes...they were ripped out.

I would lay odds they had something against the fence (they pile junk against it all the time) and went to pull it out/off and it got caught. Either that or the ladder they were using got caught on the fence & they pulled it off that way.
Just look at the junk that's over the fence...this isn't even the stuff that's up against the fence, I can't high enough up to snap that picture. This is the way it is ALL the time. Even now, no one is home all this crap is laying out & her garage is wide open
I didn't get a picture of the inside of the garage....literally shit piled to the rafters.

Glad I have a fence!! Luckily, dh will be able to fix it when he gets home. I just hope he doesn't hurt himself trying to get to the damn fence with all the shit that's over there <_<
THIS is the kind of neighbor I have. Disrespectful b*tch.
(I thought that smiley was appropriate...get it fence/fencing

My neighbors junk yard.
Well it looks better organized than my neighbors yard. They are nice people but she goes to garage sales and buys stuff. Puts it out back and then when it gets ruined (3 years later) she get rid of it. They have never parked a car in there garage ever. It is full of useless junk
Right now I counted 14 pieces of lawn furniture. She added some this year because she got them for free. They have not used it at all this year.
We have city wide free dump day next month. If it is not gone I am calling code enforcement on them or it will lay there all winter.
Take a look at what I get to look at every morning. These pictures I just took through my bedroom window.Debra

Why do we always have to have a crazy neighbor?????? Mine lives next door to me too. Does wierd things. I say to each his own but this guy is weird!!!! I'm sorry you and your family are going through this. Tell DH to be careful fixing the fence. God only know what could come crashing down on him from the other side. I loved your little guys "fencing". LOL. That's my kind of humor.

I'm sorry about your fence. I would simply ask them if they know what happened to your fence? Is the fence only on your property? If so, I would tell them to keep off of it, including their crap.

I sooo agree with that, I thought the entire fence was on YOUR side of the property line? I'd even go as far as to attaching a NO TRESSPASSING sign on it, after all it IS on your property and IT IS your fence right? You can even paint it lime green on her side if you choose no? *Teehee*
Two things came to mind when I saw this post:
(1) OMG, what a cow!
(2) Maybe you should get a legal notorized letter asking that they NOT lean anything against your fence or else they will be liable for any and all damages and will be required to pay etc? Dunno how that'd fly but you know if they're going to constantly do this from this point on, a lil peace of mind wont hurt!2012: The Year Of The Purge!

Wow I am sorry your still having issues with your neighbor BUT I feel it unfair that your DH has to fix it when they messed it up.
I would seriously talk to her about keeping her crap off your fence, plain and simple! OR she will be liable for any and all damages her junk that is being leaned up against or near which causes damage.
Technically she is trespassing and legally you can sue her for property damages, but JMHO. It's not fair you have to keep fixing things or that you had to put up a fence in the first place but I am sure you did it for peace of mind but look now, how she is using your fench as a leaning post. DEFINATELY put a NO TRESPASSING SIGN up!
