I see that one of my favorites is on the list....

BANK OF AMERICA!!! Which I think is really owned by Beelzebub himself!

Just my opinion though...what do you think of this list??

All I can say is that the people who thought Wal-Mart has excellent customer service must not shop there much, or they have never returned anything.

They're probably management employees.

I despise Sprint-Nextel. We were with them for several years and loved the walkie-talkies but their customer service is horrible. When we told them to cancel our service after we were tired of speaking to someone in India their response was "fine"...no trying to keep us as customers, no new phones, nothing.

Walmart gets my vote. Have never had anything but problems at our local super walmart. The employees are rude and act like you're intruding on their job. I just want to look at them as say If it wasn't for us customers you wouldn't have a job. The only reason I even go there is for the $4.00 perscriptions since I have no insurance. Our local well known convience store is notorious for bad customer service and they made it to the top of Forbes list. We stopped for gas last night and the clerk had charged someone else for our gas and told my dh that he'd have to pay what was left on the register screen. Don't think they will do that again to dh.

I've had AWFUL service from AT&T and Home Depot...don't have any bad one's to tell about Wal-mart or Bank of America, though?? We've always gotten good service from Citibank, too... Our local phone company is always messing up bills...but they're not big enough to be on that list.
