need help for company project
I have been requested to come up with some "feel good" things that our customer service reps can say either when answering or ending a call...you know ..like "How can I make you smile today" or something like that....
If myself and the other managers can come up with and implement 6 of these by Oct 1st we all get a $100 bonus....
Any help is greatly appreciated...

The company is Homes.com, we provide web sites for real estate agents. this particular department is the Member Services department (billing, web site questions ..general supprt etc.)

I used to work at a bank, and had to say "Thank you for calling N------- C---,this is Julie, how can I make your banking easier today?" I hated it and thought it sounded fake! I pretty much hated everything about that company though.
