Ebay Picture highjacking
My best friend has been selling stuff on ebay and someone jacked her picture that she went through alot of effort to make look nice and edit on Photoshop.
She sent the person a note that says "please remove the picture you stole from me or I will report you".
She now has decided to report them instead of waiting.
Anyone have any advice or similar experiences?

She should skip the note and go straight to Ebay with it.
Stealing is stealing and the person who did KNOWS they did it and they don't care.
They ruin it for good sellers on ebay. The math never lies, budget in INK!

Tell her in the future to watermark her pictures with her copyright date. If she can do Photoshop, she can do this easily. It helps keep people from stealing them. I had to do that on webshots with my gardening pics, and they were still getting stolen, so I just took them off.
