    Lightbulb New here from IL

    Hi everyone!
    I am 32 with three children. Ages 12, 8 and 3. I married my high school sweetheart and we just had our 10 year anniversary.

    I am a hairdresser and have a shop in my house. I just do it part-time as being a mom and housewife takes most of my time.

    I love this group. I just became a member last night and cant seem to stay off the computer.....lol. I just love all the ideas here.

    I have to admit though I am new at all this frugal living. I know we waste alot and I could save alot of money which is my goal. To be honest though it is not easy.....I love to shop!!! I am really looking forward to see how much I can save. If you have any tips I would love to hear them...thank you!

    me step-mom is also a hairdresser and my dad turned the garage into her own mini salon. she loves it and gets quite a bit of business out of it. my sister and i got to be her test heads while she was in beauty school.

    i think my sister was the only pre-schooler with high lights. LOL. she only did a few to frame her face, nothing outrageous

    Hope you enjoy your time here. I'm married to my high school sweetheart too! We're going on 36yrs. this Oct. I'm a stay at home wife. We have 5 kids and 7 grand babies! My Aunt wanted me to be a hairdresser but my talets didn't lean in that way.
