My name is Phyllis, and I am the Blessed Wife of Kevin, and Mom to DD 14, DS 12, and DS 10. We all take up space in Northern Florida, where I am ATTEMPTING to become much more frugal (after the third $500.00 electric bill I have paid in as many months) :surprise:
I have gotten a HUGE amount of ideas..THANK YOU ALL! And I am going to implement them ASAP!
Can't wait to meet Y'all, and hopefully make frugality a life long passion..I have tried in the past, but now I am DETERMINED to make this work! If anyone can point me to a few threads that have made a difference in your lives starting out in FV, I will be forever greatful.

And to Laurie, I am not actually in the Panhandle..I'm in the Big Bend. Havana, to be exact, It is sooooo beautiful here, I just have to LOVE it. (I'm a Michigan Transplant).
I have made a first step..Got a budget written down..what an eye-opener! Where does all our money go? After this weekend, I'm SURE everyone in my house is GLAD it's Monday..so they can get FAR away from Mom, I have been on a mission all weekend to let everyone know how it's gonna be from now on
Wonder if they were listening??? Oh well, if not, they will soon find out on their own..lol
