    Default They DO listen sometimes!

    A week or so ago, I was taking the garbage out and I noticed coca-cola 12-pk case in the dumpster, with the coke code still on! Of course, I reached in and grabbed it. When I told DH about it, he gave me this look like I was weird!

    Well, yesterday, DH was taking something back to the dumpster and he comes back and says "I have a surprise for you" and he pulls an empty 20-oz coke bottle from behind his back with the lid still on. I smiled and said "Thanks honey! You only need to bring me the cap, though." And he goes "Yeah, but we can recycle the bottle!" (Ok, in CA you get 5 cents back per can or bottle and we do take advantage of that!)



    He's learning!

    GREAT JOB!!! And yes they CAN be trained, but it's a never ending process, I've got 17 years into training mine, another 17 should just about do it! LOL

    WTG! I'm less than 100 points from my goal, just have to hope that they restock the Sephora GC's.

    Last weekend we went to a small pizza joint and they had a whole container set up for recyclables, and DH actually took the caps off 10 or so bottles for me :-)
