    Default I had a nice day.

    I recently wrote a post about my bils girlfriend. I was a little concernd about her but as it turned out we have become good friends. I still think she streaches the trueth a little but besides that she is a really nice person. She has been a good friend and for the first time in a long time I have met someone who just wants to be friends, no strings, and ifs or butts. She doesnt want anything from me and has never once said anything hurtful or mean. She is kind and generous. Today she told me she had a surprise for me and I couldnt say no. So off we went for a girls day out. She treated me to a pedicure and a set of nails. I use to wear nails but gave them up because of money. We also had a nice lunch and got hair cuts. WOW! I havent had a day like that in yrs. I could not afford to do it for myself and she saw that I needed to take care of myself.

    I feel pretty today and for the first time in a long time I have seen that there are people in the real world who care about others. And since I have a great stock pile of freebie makeup I am going to make her a gift basket to thank her.


    P.S. forgive my typeo's , these darn nails are getting in the way. LOL
