Question #206
A co-worker brought in "The Book Of Questions" I thought some of them might be fun to answer here so I'm going to put one out there every once in awhile. Here's one:
#206
Would you be willing to eat a bowl of live crickets for $40,000.00???
my answer: I'd like to think I could. Not sure I could actually get them down though.

Nope. When I was a kids we used to fish them out of the dog's bowl in the morning, and many times they had a parasite called a horse hair worm that used to come out when they drowned. I know....so gross. We sent it to the extension office to find out what it was. In light of that, would never eat one. Well, not that I would if I hadn't seen it, lol.

No, and I wouldn't eat a bowl of dead ones either.

As much as I would want that money I don't think I could do eat. I have a very strong gag reflex and gross food and smells really bother me.

If I knew that the crickets were farm-raised and hadn't been eating poo and other nasty things I think I could easily do it.

If I could pull the legs off, where the parasite is and cook them over an open fire I might consider it!
