    Default We have 8 fires burning in San diego area.

    I woke up this morning to find out many of my friends in town had to evacuate their homes at 3am. The schools are all closed. I went into work but after 4 hours my boss closed the gym and sent us home. The air is so bad with the wind blowing so hard. It seems the fire in my area will be contained sometime tomorrow. But the other San Diego fires are really bad. Just praying that the winds die down and no one else gets hurt.

    My mother was just out in San Diego a month ago. She continues to tell me what a beautiful place it is. It is awful that such a beautiful place is on fire.

    Some have been caused by arson, it is terrible! So many losing their homes. My thoughts and prayers are with the people in CA affected by the fires. I pray they can contain them soon.

    Some of the fires were caused from the high winds knocking trees down which hit power lines. One, I know for sure is arson, some teenage kids started it.
