Lead and crime
I don't know where would be an appropriate place to post this, but I wanted to share it.
This just left me dumbfounded. Think of all the implications this research can have on the way we see crime and punishment.

Interesting.I see it as political . It does not change my opinion of crime or punishment.

Wow....that's fascinating. How do they explain the children who were exposed who are NOT criminals now?

It's just a correlation. They're not claiming to explain every bit of criminal activity in the country.
Smoking is correlated with lung cancer, for example, but even though the connection is rock solid you can't claim that every single smoker is going to get lung cancer. The correlation doesn't have to be 100% to be valid.
