    Default What a play!

For those of you who like who like football, here's a link to a video of a play that was made by Trinity University, a college here in San Antonio. A friend of mine at work is the mother of the assistant coach for the team. She said that when he called her after they won, he was so happy he was crying. They made the touchdown at the last minute with 15! lateral passes. Even if you're not really into football, it's something to see. Here's the link:

    Enjoy!

No kidding! I think the excitement got the best of them toward the end, though. It almost looked like something that would happen in an Abbott and Costello movie. The amazing thing is that it worked. I asked my friend who came up with the play and she said, in her Missouri accent, "Lord, girl, I have no earthly idea! All that matters is that they made the touchdown"

I saw that on our local news and thought it was amazing! The announced some of the players as graduating from the local high schools in our area....I think that is why they showed it here.

They showed it on ESPN Sunday. Our local news does a highlight show at the end of the Sunday night sports report and it was included on that. It was quite amazing to watch.
