I'm finaly home
Hi!I'm Amanda..I used to come here a long time ago...under JALCCLARK.I'm not new to frugality.I am a mom to 2 wonderful children.i started my frugal venture in 2001 when I had my son.I managed to get my then husband out of 18,000 in debt in a lil over a year and a half.So it does pay off.I fell off the frugal bandwagon probaly when i needed it the most. When I was married I was a SAHM and in 2005 my then husband left and I had no means of income.I immediatly went to get a job and had been running ragged ever since to catch up.It was like I threw all I knew about frugality out the window.
Since then I have met a wonderful man who shares my same views on money and thrift. And who is absolutely wonderful to me and my children. We have realized all our hopes and dreams can be accomplished threw frugality. And have commited ourselves to this lifestyle.
A little about us....I am 27 and my boyfriend Brandon is 23...my daughter Lauren is 9 and my son Cannon is 6.We live in a suburb area outside Atlanta.i am a hairstylist working fulltime.Brandon is currently job hunting, but unlike most we've decided not to settle on something that will take away from our happiness or not add to it.So he plays mom while I'm at work with our 2 kids.
I'm so happy to be back..I can't wait to catch up with all of u.Seems like so much has happened in my life that I've lost track of time.
