Default My kids were on tv...

The local community center "Peterson Barn", changes their name on Halloween to "The BOO Barn".... My oldest daughter helped to set up, and was on the local 6:00 news, and my other daughter and oldest son were on a live feed at 6:30...

Oldest DD was helping demonstrate "edible blood", and was shown taste testing, and being really active in the center.. Her little segment is on the news website, although I don't know how to link it here...

My other two were interviewed and asked who they were, and what they were for Halloween.. I guess I have trained my four year old too well.. When they asked who she was she gave them her full (including middle) name... Too funny. This one is not on the web site, but it is the funnier of the two...

By the way, my oldest DD was "an intern", my son was a clown, and my youngest was a catepillar.. The anchor woman also stated that my four year old catepillar was the cutest one she had ever seen...

My oldest has been on tv for a commercial, and seen in the backround helping out with the local community "fair and carnival", so she is kind of an old hat at this. The Parks and Recreation people are in charge of the "Boo Barn", and are the people who have already offered her a job when she turns fourteen this spring. She does a lot of things for this department.

    Just thought I would share.

It's neat seeing your kids "famous". Sounds like they enjoyed their few minutes of fame.
