    Default new to all this

I'm a stay at home because of illness now the loss of my income necessitates a change in how we shop for a household of 6. I made a friend of a local store manager to get access to extra coupon fliers but could use advice to trade and shop effectively.

i know its got to feel overwhelming right now, but its been done before, it will be done again and you can do this too. something that has been really useful for me is changing the way that i view my budget. instead of thinking.. ok, i only have forty dollars this week to feed x number of people, how on earth and i going to do that??? i compete with myself, always trying to make something healthier or taste better on the least amount of money. there are tons of great ideas here on all over the web. just breathe and take your time, it will alright.

    Welcome!

I lurked here for about 3 months and joined about a month ago. I've learned a lot of new things, shared things that I know and referred my youngest son and one of my friends here.

This is one of the most educational resources for down-to-earth, practical advice for learning to live a true life of substance.

It's not what you have, it's what you value and how you use it.

    Luck to you!
