What Y'all Up To? (Tues)

Good Morning Y'all!

Today seems like its going to be a busy day for me! Today I plan to put in a full day at work, come home and pre-pack my suitcase all I can for my wknd away. Hit a few stores to pick up a few things needed for my trip, need to watch another few items to clear them off my PVR and truly tackle my box. Then, b/c Im a nutjob I am going to a community pool and going to swim lengths for exercise which starts at 9pm!

What are y'all up to today?

Doing 1 load of laundry and going to hang it in furnace room, its going to rain for the next few days plus snow/rain Friday I believe. ughhh
Going to start on my/hubbys bedroom for fall xmas cleaning. Lots of wood(murphys oil). 1 room at a time. Id work my way up but I need to get rugs in setting room done first.

Tuesday is my busiest day of the week! I have all daycare kids but one today. It is cold and windy today so no outside play for us. Maybe try to do Thanksgiving art.

I will cook a little today if there is time. Need to make some more meals for week. No cleaning will get done today, but I did alot yesterday so it is still clean-ish.

I am home from work today with a sick kiddo. I have been working on a "realistic" budget for the last few weeks (yes..weeks!!) and plan to finish it off today. I am going to get the winter mittens/hats/coats/boots out and organized, bake a few loaves of bread to last the week and check what is in the freezer to use up!

I need to run and get a few things from PetCo. I was suppose to do this yesterday, but I took a really long nap and got nothing done.

Have to go to the bread store. Again, one of the things I did not do yesterday.

DD tore up a pair of her Crocs at school yesterday so I need to take her and get another pair of shoes or two.

Got to run to CVS and get some of my insulin pens refilled and test strips.

Have DH bath my little dog tonight. She has not had a bath in 10 days and it is driving me nuts.

Try and make a batch of HM biscuits to freeze with some sausage for the kids' breakfasts. Hope I have time and energy for this one.

DH put some chicken breasts in the CP last night so I will take half of them and make them some chicken and dumplings for dinner tonight. The other half (minus one piece that is for my little dog's meals today and tomorrow) and shred it up for BBQ chicken sandwiches for dinner tomorrow night.

Today I'm only watching the before/after school kids. Making bread pretty soon here, doing some laundry, playing with kitty and doggie, vacuum and mop floor.

dh and I are going to town today --me to Walmart and he to TSC and some other guy type places. Need some of his RX's, and dilly dally around Wally's, and try to restrain myself from unecessary buying.

kids are home today because it's election day here and they use the schools for voting places. just local elections. so since the kids have the day off, i have the day off. just some general picking up and laundry. we were going to deep clean dd's room ala Clean Sweep, but i don't have the energy for it. this afternoon i go for my first aquatherapy appointment. the PT guy thinks it might be easier on my joints that are causing me pain. if it's too easy then i switch back to regular PT.
it's rainy and crudy here so just a lazy day around the house.

~It's very dark and dreary here. I think it rained most of the night.

I don't have much planned for today because I'm recovering from the stomach flu.

Maybe I'll just relax with some sewing, reading and video games.~

I have the morning off. Already got the kids to school, crock pot is doing its thang. Taking the morning off from writing. I really have to clean the livingroom top to bottom, but I'd rather just listen to the rain and watch it fall. Then we start the lunacy that is the work week. Blech. Ok, on to the second pot of coffee...Have a great day everyone!

I did the treadmill, then cleaned all the bathrooms,cleaned the front and back staircases, cleaned the foyer and entry vestibule.It is really cold out here, but plan to get out for a walk tomorrow. The fall foliage is very beautiful here. Have a good one!
