Hump Day 11/7 What's Up?

Good morning All! Man am I tired. DH left on a business trip this morning and the taxi was here at 5:30 a.m. to pick him up. Needless to say...we were up at 4:30 a.m.

Not too much planned for today. I'm going to color my hair in a few minutes and then head out to Walgreens & CVS. Other than that....I have no clue.

I'm getting my son off to school and then my husband and I are spending the day together!

Leftovers are on the menu tonight, so no cooking.

Tonight we are checking out a Direct Buy showroom in our area. We are adding a media room to our house and redoing our kitchen. We want to check out how much we can save decorating and purchasing what's needed.

Today my kids get out of school at 11:25 today. Until then I have 4 daycare kiddos. An easy day here today!

Tonight my kids are going to their dads and I plan to do NOTHING! I will shower, make myself something for dinner that I like and lay around. No cleaning tonight. I will get that done today before they leave.

I do need to start working out. Will do that during nap time today. At least 30 minutes. Wish me luck!

Well so far:\
We've had breakfast blueberry waffles and bacon
Unloaded dishwasher and started reloading
Frist load of wash in
Furbags fed
Recycles down for pick up
Yard Waste down for pick up
DH is watering (No rain in 2 weeks)
Still to do:
Take kidos to school
Send off 2 packages at post office
Help SIL move some stuff this afternoon
Early out day so pick up at 2:15
Then over to mall to pick up DD's dress for wedding this weekend
Then home to supper from the freezer

While the kids are in class and DH is at the office I really do not plan to do much today. I got a lot taken care of yesterday so there really isn't much to do.

I am sure I will run out to my favorite little diner in a few minutes and get a breakfast plate. After that I plan to just take a nap and watch some TV.

Tonight DD and DH have a daddy/daughter date. They are going to the museum she volunteers at to see a special screening of a documentary the public television station made about our state's contribution to WWII. Then there is a reception to follow.

I will most likely take DS out for a burger, pizza or Chinese and then to church. Who says he and I cannot have a momma/son date too?

Other than that we are going to take it easy today.

I am getting ready to go out and walk. The trees look like they are on fire with all the color. It really is something.I want to clean upstairs today. DH comes home from a trip tonight!Hooray!Have a nice day!!

Well, so far I've gotten Brian off to work, the kids up, dressed, fed, and off to school. I've got my 3rd load of laundry in the washer now, and I'm just about finished sorting through my Home & Garden Party orders that arrived on Saturday!

Still to do:

- clip coupons
- make store list
- get bank deposit slip ready
- clean off the table
- fold laundry
- go to bank & Kroger
- pick up wire & disconnect for Brian
- home to finish up laundry
- get kids off the bus
- Dinner at McDonald's tonight (not very frugal, but Brian's working tonight, so it'll be a special treat for the kids)
- Market Day pick up at the school (being in the PTO, I work the sale)
- home to do practice spelling test with the kids
- showers for kids, bedtime routine & bedtime
- MOMMY TIME!!!

You ladies are busy! I'm working right now. Fun fun! My husband has "comp" time right now, so he's home. He has been doing a lot of house work for me!
To do tonight:
Make dinner
measure apron for pattern
Begin organizing pantry
Prepare dinner for crockpot for Thursday

Have the monthly shopping done...got a few freebies

have a load of laundry going
dinner cooking in the ccrockpot
re-stocked bathroom
have a ton of coupons that came in
a few trades to mail out
a couple packages also needed to prepare & get mailed out
pay bills
go through freebies that came in the mail

took care of cats needs
got med refill
done daily surveys
done daily reading
going to bake a pumpkin pie later for dessert tonight
need to study for tomorrows meeting
updated savings for the month

try to get a couple gift certificates later this afternoon
start my weekly challenges
send a card
print some stamps
check my boards
checked my emails
cleaned kitchen
streghtened up livingroom
took meds
pantry, freezer & cupboards are all stocked

Wow ladies, reading some of your to do lists for today only exhaust me!

I have tried to plan my days but its hard for me to stick to it for some reason so again I will list what I hope to get done but I'll know tomorrow am won't I?

I need to make dinner, eat, pack my lunch and do dishes.

Pack my suitcase for my weekend

Wash out the clothes in my emergency car box/kit and restock it - had pulled the box out over the summer to help my sis and BIL with moving and furniture shopping and never put it back - now that its very cold and snowed in my general area - its time!!

I may try to wash a load of towels

Lay out my outfit for tomorrow and pack my swim bag ahead of time.

Date night - movies with the boy

(My treat since he lost his job last week

)
