I promise this is the last one for today.. but it is so refreshing to be able to share and let it out. I get so full of ideas, I could pop.
What about a Polar Express Kinda thing. Kids in pjs, hot choc., candy cane stirrers and cookies, on a Friday night, before christmas, I can charge more for the speciality kinda thing?

Yes, I have the Polar Express too.. I have been running a doc. as they fall out of my mouth..ahahhaha

I think you should make up 'themed' nights for Friday's or Saturday's and post a set schedule and send it out on flyer to those interested....this way you can plan ahead and count those bucks coming in!

If they dont know about it - how will they be able to decide if they wish to join?

Sounds fun! My co-teacher and I did a Polar Express afternoon with our 4th graders-----they wore their robes and slippers (we did too!), brought their pillow and any stuffed animal they sleep with, and we served hot chocolate with marshmallows and cookies.

Maybe give the parents a letter "from santa" for a few bucks more? You know, the basic, "listen to mommy & daddy, pick up your toys, be kind to the siblings..." I think you are so creative! Hope this is a HUGE success!
