Default what toys HAVEN'T changed much since we were all kids?

another thread made me think about this. Which toys are pretty much the same??

Someone mentioned Leggos (my favorite) are pretty much the same. I agree. What else is the same more or less?

Lincoln logs are. they still are wood, and they fit with the old ones.

DH looked over my shoulder and said "Rocks and Sticks". plbbbt, he's helpful

Matchbox cars... hours of fun playing in the sand/dirt or with wooden blocks (building ramps & bridges for them . I have those things & legos stored away in the attic for when there are some grandkids in the house.
    Oh, saved Barbie stuff too.

I'm gonna say Tinkertoys. They have some plastic parts now, but in general they're still the same.

yep lego are still the same as ever. best part is they are still made by the same company as always and not bought out by another company. my old lego work with the ones we bought ds.
erector sets are still pretty much the same, but harder to find. vermont country store still sells teh old potholder weaving looms that use cotton loops. and slinky has an anniversay slinky out made of steel.
