    Default My first post - new here

    Hi all!
    I'm new here, this is my first post. My name is Jessica and I'm from the greater Seattle area. My husband is a commercial airline pilot, so I'm on my own a lot with the kids. I'm a SAHM mom to Ben & Carter, ages 4 1/2 & 2. We are currently waiting on our third child through international adoption. We'll hopefully be travelling to China in about two years.

    My hobbies are quilting, reading, cooking and chasing my boys around. Because my husband misses so much time with our family due to his job, we are focusing on cutting our monthly expenses drastically and becoming self sufficient.

    We also want to start eating almost exclusively from scratch - so much healthier and cheaper.....

    Its nice to be here and I hope to get to know you all much better!
