Default Argh!!!! My clothes washer broke.

I have a Whirlpool Duet. Apparently, my homemade soap isn't desolving and it coated the back of the tub. It broke the rear support. And now, it is going to cost me almost $500 to repair. I am so bummed.

All this money I thought I was saving and it cost me money. **insert lots of cuss words here**

I am sooo sorry this happened, gosh $500 to repair, that's a bit much... you could get a nice used washer for half that!

I use to have an old washer and when I had a repair guy come out he told me to run lime way in it once a month along with the dishwasher. It helps keep the junk down. It works for me.

Yes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.

Well... I use homemade laundry soap, the powder kind. I wasn't grating the soap up enough.

I decided that I am going to make liquid soap now.

Vinegar cleans our out, but it's a top loader, I fill it with water and add a gallon of vinegar now and then, let it sit overnight and then spin it out, it keeps it clean and cleans out the rust stains from our hard water.
