Default Please send me strenght and patience!!!

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! As many of you know the saga back our little lane is REDICULIOUS! The "woman" over the hill, her boyfriend, her kids, the new baby and the boyfriends kids visiting has made for meyham. They KNOW to stay off my property, they KNOW we have hunters out there, they KNOW NOT TO TICK ME OFF!!!! We haven't spoken in 8 months, we stay far away, do not look at them when they drive by, do NOT SPEAK.

We also know that they've been trying to sell the place so we've been kind and NOT put up no tresspassing signs, we've NOT fenced them in, we've been lying low.

So what do they do? ARGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!@

It's currently youth deer gun season, duck and goose season AND muskrat trapping season, we have HUNTERS AND TRAPPERS ON OUR LAND!! These IDIOTS let the teenage boys drive quad runners on our property pulling sleds on the grass. They KNOW this is NOT AN OPTION!!

And THEN!! They let the teen boys sneak around on our property dressed in camoflage clothing!~!@ THEY ARE SO LUCKY NO ONE GOT SHOT!@!!!!!!!!

Needless to say as soon as the last of the clan over the hill pulls out today I'm going and checking the evidence that they've been on the property, then calling the sheriff to document the entire situation AND finding out all I need to do to set it up to press charges next time it happens, and we know there WILL be a next time.

We've been so careful to stay away and OUT of there lives, our problem is my horse pasture AND our cow pasture border their property, I'm really scared that one of them will do something stupid and either harm my animals, or get harmed pulling a prank. (the one teen made a comment about going "cow tipping", this is NOT funny, our cows are well fenced with welded wire and electric, but if they go in there they will NOT walk out, our cows are NOT pets!

Sigh, thanks for listening, will update after the sheriff has been here.

    sigh,

Yes, you are right in reporting this and need to document everything. This is a serious situation and could mean someone getting hurt or killed. Sorry you're going through such a huge aggravation and hassle! Hopefully they will sell and move soon!

I'd also get the "no trespassing" signs up pronto. Lots of them & at close intervals. That way they can't say they didn't see them when they do get hurt/cought.

Well I walked the property and found the evidence of them being on our land, it's MORE than obvious. The thing is we didn't see them do it, it was the one 13 year old that told us they did it. (my friends son, it's his dad that lives there so he was visiting). The sheriff has been called, they should be here soon to document everything and give us all information to protect ourselves and press full charges if it happens again.

Things are so out of control down there that the two 13 year old boys were out sneaking around at 2am in the morning!

That's awful. I'd be afraid for the safety of my animals as well (not to mention the kids getting injured messing around with the cattle.)

I hope they move out soon and you find more respectful neighbors!

We have a gentleman who boards his horse at our place who attaches sleighbells to his horse when he trail rides during hunting season. The family members who hunt here are absolutely disgusted with him. There is also a church camp wayyyy back in the woods, and one wandering church person happened to plant herself in the middle of the woods to sing hymns, not 20 feet from a hunter. He crouched there the whole time, because he didn't want to frighten her.

I told him he should have told her he was the voice of god, the hymns were nice, and would you please return to your cabin.

Laughing at the woman singing in the woods, lol, to funny!

Our horses and cattle are on the inside of our property so no fears of them getting shot during hunting season, this is why we have specific hunters, they keep poachers off the land. The hunters are ALL good law abiding family men, when I told the two out there today that the kids had been sneaking around out there yesterday they just went pale.

And I agree with darwinism, but, this is NOT the kids fault, her 13 year old actually is a GOOD kid, he's just acting out and really I don't blame him, mom moves guys in and out, now mom has a new baby that EVERYONE knows that no one knows who the dad is. This poor kid is probably really taking crap at school, he just needs POSITIVE attention, not what he's getting.

The sheriff has taken a full report and is going to speak to them, and with it all documented if they do it again charges will be pressed.

I'm actually sad that it had to come to this, and now yes even more concerned for our livestock.

Get the NO TRESPASSING signs up quickly....you might want to add many PRIVATE PROPERTY signs and...signs that read " TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT - SURVIVERS WILL BE SHOT AGAIN". I would also go right up to them personally- with witnesses - and tell them point blank to stay off of your property or you will not be held responsible for the consequences of their actions...make it loud & clear that the sheriff is aware of the situation and he is monitoring it.

Put up the No Trespassing signs.

Contact law enforcement if the trespassing continues.

Document everything in written and visual form.

The other neighbor is out buying signs right now, they will be posted this evening, we will all go together to do it. The thing is this woman is a sociopathic liar and honestly she scares me, I would not put ANYTHING past her, we will NOT speak to her.

The sheriff will speak to them this evening about this, and let them know it HAS been documented, and if it happens again we WILL press charges.

And it's a real web, trust me. I just called the 13 year olds real father to give him a heads up on it, he's been trying to get custody of the kid but the courts say he has anger issues, granted, he has a temper but he'd be better for the kid than the mom. The mom complains about and bad mouths us to the kids, basically goading him to do things, he's pulled out the speed limit sign in the driveway, trashed our newspaper box and the other neighbors newspaper box, destroyed newspapers, etc. We know it's been him but have tried to stay low key, but this is just to far.
