Default I Fixed My Turn Signal Light!

I am so excited. I fixed my turn signal light myself instead of taking it to my machanic. My son noticed my turn signal wasn't working yesterday so when I got up this morning I went to the van and got out the manual. It pretty much showed how to do it and what size bulb I needed. I went to walmart and found the right size, it was $4.79 for 2 bulbs. I went home and fixed it.

Maybe a oil change next. Oh too scary.

nice job!!! i used to always run to my dad when i needed stuff like that done and then one day i just tried (brake light went out) and i couldnt believe how easy it was! i dont know if im ready to try my hand at oil changes though LOL.

you just saved yourself a nice chunk of money too, dh says they charge something like $20 for the labor when changing bulbs, plus the part. nice job!!!

Good job! You saved a bunch of money doing it yourself. However, from my own experience and if you trust them....let Walmart do your oil change. They can do it for about $25.00 and have VERY strict rules and regulations due to not wanting to be sued. I know this for a fact but you can usually stand and watch them during the whole process. We got ours done for $25.00 and that includes oil and the filter. You just can't do it cheaper for yourself. I love Walmarts auto department here in Nevada.
