A week or so she started a thread stating she read the terms of service for the forum and found that she did not agree with all of them. She then started a thread stating she would no longer be a part of things here because of it. The next morning that thread was gone and so was she. That was sometime around mid-November.

I'm not sure where is it, but it had to do with anything we say, post, (even pics) becomes the legal property of the company Sara owns.

I just went and found them now, but danged if I can remember how I found them.
They really aren't any different here than any other forum I've seen.

I don't think anyone should be worried about this issue, in particular the family photos. I mean really, what would she do with them anyway?

Pictures belong to the person who took the picture
If ever in doubt, put a watermark on your pictures before posting them.
The same holds true with photos posted on the web. There is nothing to stop anyone from right clicking and saving your picture to their hard drive. I have seen people try to pass of pictures of kids/houses/cars that belong to other people and claim them as their own
