What a bummer
Well I got out the containers with my Christmas stuff in it, and one of them smelt like mildew........ My santa that I did in ceramic was covered in mold,,,,,,,, I could just cry. As I was lifting thinks out I found about 3 inches of water in the plastic container. I don't even know how it got there. I lost everything in it. I had that santa for 22 years. I tried to get mold off but it would not come off with out taking all the paint off. I'm really bummed
FernYes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.

The exact same thing happened to us! We had a large snowglobe break inside a Rubbermaid tote. We had to toss everything inside, all of our decorations, and our Christmas tree skirt.

That is a bummer. I'm sorry you lost your Christmas decorations, Fern.
