What a bad few days.
Yesterday I get a call from ds13 school, he got hurt and may have a concussion. Knee to the head in gym, total accident. Ok, fine, pick him up, get him to the dr. Let him sleep wake him every hour all night. 6 am dd10 has a tummy ache, at 6 she starts vomitting, then diarrhea, food poisoning from McD's. Great. Now, today was scheduled for dh, but in a few minutes he goes in for surgery on his arm. He broke it 6 years ago and they put in a plate, and it bothers him terribly, pain, cramps etc. So he's getting it removed. I can't stand this! I can't be there because I have 2 sick kids plus childcare kids. I am beside myself. I hate it! I hate general, I hate scalpels. I'm so stressed right now. Due to the stress of knowing the surgery is coming, I'm sick as a dog.
At least finances are good..lol.Mommy4ever to 4 wonderful kiddos. Homeschooling mom to 2 youngest.

Goodness, you sure are having a time of it today. Breath deeply and repeat after me. This to will pass, this to will pass.
I do hope everything goes well with hubby's surgery and he and the two kids recover quickly. How much longer before the daycare kids are picked up?

So sorry ti hear that you are going through such a hard time. I do hope everything turns out ok. I'll keep you and yours in my prayers. Could you find a little free time and sit down with a cup of tea and maybe something to read. Maybe that will help you relax some.

The hospital called, and dh is out of surgery now. It apparently went well. FIL said he looks good, and will get dh to call me when they get to the truck. 1 dayhome child is gone home, 3 more to go.... next 20 minutes or so.
DS13 is fine, or appears to be. DD has stopped vomitting now. If my cold would clear I'd be good, I'm sooooooo congested. But at least dh will be home in an hour or so.Mommy4ever to 4 wonderful kiddos. Homeschooling mom to 2 youngest.
