I am so sorry that your had such a crappy morning.... (and I understand the whole pulling the covers up over your head approach -- have used that technique myself recently.

Hopefully things were looking up for you by the evening?

You may not have been the playdate your 5 yr old initially wanted, but hanging out with Mom at McDonald's is always fun!!!

Think of it this way -- you got all the bad moods out of the way, so life will be idyllic for the next several weeks...

You guys rock. Thanks for cheering me up.

My sister called at the absolute right time today (funny how that happens) and I let loose on her. I sobbed and let it all hang out. She babied me a little and that felt good. She also had great news--she won a Target g.c. today at work for $900. Hearing her news cheered me up, too.

Hugs to you sweetie, you sound like you need a big hug and shoulder now.

I too have few friends but thats only because I am picky and will only befriend the people who will off the shoulder at times too.

Life is hard with husband and kids sometimes. Up and down, good and bad. Glad you had your sister to talk to. Try to tell yourself postive things and take care of yourself.

I'm so glad you were able to talk to your sister and she was there for you. My oldest DD called me this morning crying, and we talked and before you know it, we were both laughing our behinds off. We made plans to meet tomarrow for lunch and some Christmas shopping afterwards. It's wonderful to have someone to share with who is willing to listen and lend a shoulder to cry on. It's also wonderful to lend a shoulder too.

I'm also so glad your sister called and was there for you, with me it's my mom, we were at loggerheads for YEARS but now that I've given in and realized just how much I'm like her we really enjoy each other, and use each other in situations like this We can both make each other laugh in even the worst of times.
