My Dad Has Pneumonia :(

My poor Daddy. He is 73 and in very bad health. Now he has pneumonia and is in the hospital. He is in Renal Failure with his kidneys working only around 23%. His heart is working about 50% of how it should be. Mom sounded really scared this time. She usually takes his recurring hospital visits with optomism and this time she sounded really down. The doctors told us Oct. last year that he didn't have much time left but he has held on another year. Please pray for my dad.

Well, it's not pneumonia. It's fluid build up in his lung. He got it in November and they tried to drain it off his lung but it was like a jelly and too thick to drain. He's not eligible for surgery of any kind. His heart and kidneys are too weak. He has the top heart, kidney and also the chief of physicians checking on him. They're going to do a kidney x-ray today and check progress. They stopped all most all fluids as he is not getting rid of any right now and he doesn't feel like eating. So sad. He's in a lot of pain and they had to stop the morphine cause his BP went down too low. They did give him something for anxiety as he is very agitated. It just all takes time. I so wish I could be there.
