Do you heat the stone up first? How do you cook chicken? Do you thaw the frozen stuff?

I have a rectangle stone and a square casserole but don't know how to use them...

Thanks!

Well here it is 8 months later and I see this. I hope your still lurking around out there somewhere.

I don't heat the stone first for anything.
I do defrost the chicken because it is thick.

I take a couple of defrosted chicken brests seasoned however I want and cook them on the stone. (Don't put them too close to the edge though, or you throw a cookie sheet on the rack underneath to catch small juice drips.) You would bake the chicken breasts the same way/time/temp. you would on any other pan. The chicken will help get your stone seasoned good as well.

The smaller stuff like fries, frozen pizzas, yada yada, I don't defrost.

Hope you see this.
