    It finally stopped here

    Last night they said we would miss this storm that we might get an inch or so and if we did get any snow it wouldn't start until after 3pm. By the time I had to leave for my final at 1pm we already had 2" and by the time I was done with my final 45mins later we had another 1-2" and it was still coming down. All told we probably have about 5" of new snow that we weren't supposed to get

    I'm hoping we dodge the bullet for Sunday's storm too...it's mine & dh's anniversary & we had planned on driving down to the 'Cuse for dinner

    We were hard hit, it started this morning even though it was supposed to start this evening. We are supposed to get 8 inches or more of snow when it finally stops .

    here in our area of ohio we might get from 4 to 8 inches of snow on saturday. so u guys might get hit again. if u do stay safe.

    Come on Spring. Dh is already not a happy camper, fell twice today walking over snow covered ice as he delivered the mail. As I get older I like winter less & less.
    Was pretty tho seeing the Juncos and the cardinals against the stark white of the snow. Always good to be had in every grumble.

    Darlene I've wanted spring since the first snowflake in Oct.
    DS finally got into Albany airport and they got here about Midnight.
    ( he works in Baltimore MD from Monday's to Thursdays hopefully he'll be able to fly out on Monday morning ok )
    All in all we got between 8 to 9 inches I think by the time it stopped.
    My neice lives in Syracuse and saw she was getting nailed pretty good.
    Never see news from where you are Darlene.
    ( Hope your hubby is ok ).
    Making Christmas cookies for the next 3 days.
