    I recently joined; 2 days ago...but have just found time to return to the site and post this info about myself...I found Frugal Village when I entered a google search for "simple, frugal, lifestyle." These are goals for 2008. I must say I am overwhelmed with this site and look forward to meeting others with my same interest....

    Default Thanks for the Welcome....

    I appreciate the welcome. I did neglect to introduce myself. As you have most likely
    guessed, I am a nurse and work 3-4 days a week.. So I do enjoy several days at home with my family which includes my husband and 15 year old son. Right now I am spending considerable time reading the various topics on the forum and learning so many wise suggestions. This is a great site and will help me stay motivated in the New Year to cut into our debt. That is a family goal right now. We are all on board to bring about some positive changes. We attended a Dave Ramsey program a few months back and he made me realize that we can make changes in our household budget and become debt free......
