30 cm hitting Thurday
for us on PEI. Ill get the bathtub filled of water by noon before it starts. I got lots of candles and wood if the winds arent too strong incase the power goes out. Lots of food , and dry goods.

cm=centimeters. I suspect she means about 15 inches of SNOW. Good luck! We are supposed to get hit tomorrow afternoon. We shall see...

Oh wow, that is a lot. We have snow coming too but I'm afraid to look at the forecast, we've had enough already! The snow itself isn't bad but we've had rain and ice every time too. I always make sure our phones and movie player are charged, candles and flashlights ready and the laundry is done.

For all you people up North-----stay safe and keep us posted (if your electricity stays on) about how you are.
Here is Georgia we are getting rain, which is helping somewhat with the terrible drought.

- $2,000: to set up my consulting business. DONE!
INVESTED ANOTHER $5000!
- $4,000: down payment gift to daughter to bring her down payment on a house to 20% and avoid PMI. ON HOLD.... her offer wasn't accepted...
- $1,500: pay off Student loan ALMOST THERE!
- $1,200: pay off credit card (was disputing with creditor (ALL PREDATORY FEES charged on ZERO BALANCE), but I'm giving up the fight to make this go away...) PUT OFF till June/July
- $11,600: Pay off Cornerstone car loan by end of May 2011 DONE
- Complete tax returns by February 15th DONE
Long term goals:
Continue to follow a modified Dave Ramsey plan to pay off debt. Progress has been made, but there is much to do...

we only got about 10cm which was fine with me. another 2 -3 by tonite.
I'm glad thats all we got so hubby next week can get his full check. Cant get to work, no pay.
