Hey frugalfriend
I got something that will make you smile,, did me anyway!
Think back oh, about one year, I was sitting outside on the deck, with a cup of coffee, a t-shirt, with 4 feet of snow around the deck...in the nice warm sun... remember?? You weren't too sure if you wanted to make the move!!
Well, How are you doing? Fitting in nicely arent you?!!
So glad you made it!!Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.

Awww, you guys are sooo sweet!!
You made me smile . . . and I remember that day so well!! What a journey it was in getting here, so glad we did it. We are doing just fine! Hubby gets a little cabin fever once in awhile, cuz he's used to going outside a lot, puttering in the garage and such, but even the garage is sometimes as cold as a morgue! I'm pretty much a homebody, so not a problem for me. After I got the kids back to school today, I decided to shovel the driveway and sidewalks in front of the house. Kinda fun and a great workout! I think that may have been the first time in my life I've done that,
. This guy on a little snowmobile with a plow came by where I was working on the sidewalk and finished it in an instant! Some of the neighbors came out and visited, the sun was shining and it was such a beautiful morning. The mountains look spectacular with snow on them, the sky is bright blue and clear, and the sun is shining so bright that everything just glistens. I know it sounds corny, but I feel like I'm living in a Thomas Kinkade painting, LOL!
Thanks for thinking of me!
I'm so glad to be here!

Snow?? We didn't get a drop.
Guess I should have told you to bring a snowblower instead of your shorts?
There's nothing better than sitting in that sun with that brisk, crisp air, with a cup of coffee, looking around with wonder & giving thanks.Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.
