    Default looking for free forms to record foods eaten

    i know we used to have a sep. catorgorie for this but i cant find it.. can any one help me?

    not sure its exactly what you are looking for, but there is a free site that figures out all your stuff and you can track goals, wt. loss, salt, fiber, etc. You can input food, it has a huge food database you can also add custom foods.

    It's at www.fitday.com I love it, its a really nice free program.

    There's also a website called the Daily Plate (I think, you may have to google it) and it tracks everything as well. For some reason I like it better than spam! It is better fried than typedspam!
