Default Received a funny letter from CC

I have this old Capital One CC account that I haven't really used in years, but I keep it open because it's my oldest account. Also the interest rate is so low that if I never need the card for an emergency where I couldn't pay in full immediately, I would use this rather than my normal Chase Freedom card which gives rewards but has high interest.

I received a letter that's pretending to be all sad that I don't use the card and asks things like "What are we doing wrong?" It even has a picture of a broken heart-shaped cookie on it.

They offer to make my card better as incentive to use it by:
    -adding/improving rewards
    -lowering my APR
    -improving other card features.

    Not bad.

We got the exact same letter. Only thing is with all
they are supposing to be offering the transaction
fee still remains at 3%. That's why we stopped
using them. Because of their fee's and no perks
(rewards). But like you they are the oldest cc we
have and you don't want to lose that credit history.

How much time of non-use was there before they sent that letter? DBF also has a Capital One that probably hasnt been used in about a year, but we are keeping it open for the same reason.

That's funny. Maybe they'll send you a box of valentine candy if you don't reply.

Transaction fee? What's that? I don't have anything like that.
