    Default Update on landlord issues

I got a new used washer. My landlord finally came though.
Today the maintenance guy delivered a new washer and took away the old one. I was so happy to see a new washer; it only took 3 1/2 weeks.

I also found out that my old washer was made in 1967. It is the best model that Maytag ever made. So my washer lasted 40 years, not bad for an appliance. They are not made like that anymore.

Now hoping nothing else breaks in this house until we can move.

I'm glad things worked out for ya. I know all about laundry.... we haven't had a dryer since before Christmas time and just got a new-to-us dryer tonite off craigslist for $30... what a deal. We just got back from picking it up and too tired to hook up now so the laundry will just have to wait one more day....sigh.....
