    Default The talking smileys

Has anyone else been freaked out by the talking smileys on this site. The first time it happened I did not know where the HHHEEEELLLOOOOO was coming from. Naturally being alone this was very unsettling. Even though I know where it is coming from it still catches me off guard.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

That's why I turn my sound to mute! Too spooky when you're in the house alone!

Those are my reminder to turn the sound off. They scare the heck out of me.

I usually just leave the sound off, but DS was playing the other day and we had it turned on for him. Our computer is in our bedroom and DH had just started to doze off when I scrolled over it - he nearly hit the roof he jumped up so fast!

The first time I heard it I almost had to go change my pants!

I didn't know where it was coming from the first time either, now I avoid the areas I see them. Last night I accidentally scrolled over it when the cat was on the computer desk and she freaked out. LOL
