Suzanne Pleshette dies at 70
I just saw this. I did not know she had passed away. I loved her! Those that don't know... she starred on The Bob Newhart Show... and I guess if you don't know who she is you probably don't know what The Bob Newhart Show is either. Oh, well. Wonderful lady.

She's been a staple in our family for years. It's a long story that only we goofy people understand but a local store that sells rv's, ski eqipipment etc used her persona to sell stuff years ago.
A parody of her used to say in her husky voice that her Alpine clothing from this store "kept my buns warm darling"
Our family often kidded (still do) about keeping our buns warm...guess you had to be there, lol.
She'll be missed.

I loved her in the Bob Newhart show too...such deadpan sarcasm. Do you all remember the series finale of Newhart's second show(where he ran an inn, and had friends "Darryl and my other brother Darryl)...the end of the series, Bob wakes up in bed with "Emily" and says "I just had the strangest dream...you should wear sweaters more" I almost wet my pants.

The end of Newhart that brought back Suzanne Pleshette from The Bob Newhart Show was incredible. One of the best TV show's endings ever!!
I loved her throaty laugh.

~I'm an old tv fan so I loved her in BNS. It's weird to hear the news of her death because we were just watching "Support your local gunfighter" from my netflix queue a few days ago. I had to explain to my DH who SP was and why she was so awesome. I also loved her in "The ugly dashund".~

I was also a fan and thought she was beautiful.
May she RIP

I loved her in the different Disney movies.
I was never a fan of Bob Newhart though.
