    Default We made an offer on a peice of property

    Well, we made an offer on that property we were looking at the other day. We went back about three or four times with our tape measure, floor plan sketches, etc....and it'll work!

    Its in a tiny little town about 20 minutes from where we live now. This town even has a General Store where people actually sit and drink coffee and play chess!!! I was warned by the Realtor not to tell anything to the woman behind the counter unless I'm comfortable with the whole town knowing it

    The community beach is about 20 yards down the street, so the boys and I will walk down there often, I'm sure. There is a set of five year old twin boys that live next door so my son will have playmates (we will be switching school districts and he doesn't know anyone in this school, yet)

    And the best part is - My best friend lives just two blocks over!!!

    Depending on how long it takes to get the building permit we could actually start building this fall!!!!!!!!!

    Congrats.. I'm looking forward to moving back to a small town. Now if I could get DS (20) to move also. LOL I know there's no hope in that.
