Not a newbie, Returning.. again!
Hi everyone, It's been a while since I've been here. Got married, had a little girl. Life has been busy. For those who don't remember me or know me. I'm Lisa, Mother to two children. A teenage boy and a girl under the age of two. I'm a caretaker of an apartment building and I also clean homes/organize homes. My husband works outside the home as a body piercer full time.
I really need this place these days. I was looking through all the threads and I'm just in shock at how much I forgot. We've been struggling off and on lately as my husband has back problems and as of recently he's been racking up the medical bills. However, I need and want to get back to our simple living/frugal ways. My biggest problem these days is getting husband on board with me. Maybe I'll get some advice from others here on that. I have to remind him that being frugal doesn't mean going without, it means making choices that mean something or give you what you really want and need.
Anyway, I also noticed the coupon area again. Well, I've recently started clipping coupons and trying to get that to work for us. Boy, it's a lot of work! I totally envy anyone who can save tons by doing this. I'll learn from the best of you on this one!
But what I was going to say is that.. I'm the caretaker here. We do have recycling for newspapers and most people in our building do not clip coupons. So, I often pull out the coupons. I plan on doing that and If I see anyone who needs or look for certain brands I'd love to help out. I'll look over the coupon area more and post once I have more coupons to share.
So, I'm happy to be back and plan to be very active. I'm inspired again looking at the forums!
Hello everyone!

Welcome back Lisa!
" May we never let the things we can’t have or don’t have or shouldn’t have spoil our enjoyment of the things we do have and can have. As we value our happiness, let us not forget it. One of the greatest lessons in life is learning to be happy without the things we cannot or should not have."
