    Default Postage stamps are due to increase....

    on May 12th. They will be going up to 42 cents a stamp. You can still get the forever stamp at 41 cents but the post office only has 5 million of them.

    I guess I'll have to get some .01 stamps, because I just opened a roll of .41 stamps, and there is no way, I'll have used them all by May 12th!! ARGH!! And I'll probably get some Forever Stamps too!!

    Argh... all the more reason I am glad I can pay most of my bills online!

    I don't pay the car loan online... they want to charge $25 for a processing fee... pfft!

    I have to go to the post office to mail off Old Man's taxes this week (as soon as he signs them) and I will grab a sheet of forevers. At one stamp a month, they will last forever
    I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

    The May increase seems a little soon! I really should use up those 39 cents stamps that I've been saving just because I like the design before then.

    I enjoy mailing letters, notes & packages to friends & through the solider projects. Wonder how much this increase will effect other services?

    Guess I should start buying a few forever stamps each month since I don't want to buy a 100 stamps right now.
