Hi from Israel
Hi, my name is Ita. I have 3 adorable little kids . I just bought a house and am in super debt. I am trying to be as frugal as I can but want to know how I can pamper myself at the same time.

Hi there and welcome to the forum.
I have been in Israel many times and love it there.
Whereabouts do you live?
I like to take a long bath and read a book to pamper myself.
Or sit in the Spring sunshine (when it's here) and also read a book.*Avril*

Welcome! I always think the best ways of pampering are free, because they have to do with giving attention to yourself or the people around you. A long massage from or to your spouse is free, etc.
