    Default Anybody want a

    STARKER!!!!! This girl just doesn't get it. It's my sons day off and he is home trying to spend time with his sons. This woman comes over and now its a verbal fight. Hes been trying to get rid of her for months.......... She broke my window. He doesn't want to call the cops because she has a 13 yo daughter. She frustrates me...... I don't need this stress and neither does his youngest son who has downs........ it upsets him..... anybody have some wet noddles I can beat her with......shes 29 yo........ I was never like thats.......

    Ummm why did she break your window? a fit of rage? to gain entry? I don't know Fernykns thats kinda freaky to me, I personally would be afraid of her. Sounds to me like it's time for a restraining order...and seriously for everyones safety if that doesn't deter her call the cops. There are too many ppl with metal disorders you can't be guarenteed she isn't one of them.

    I vote call the cops. Sometime all it takes it a backbone and a show of force.

    He must ignore all attempted contacts from her, that little bit of contact just keeps her coming back.

    If it is your home, then ask if you can have a restraining order placed on her so she can not come within "however many feet the standard is" of your home. If a "simple visit" excalates into verbal fighting and she isn't afraid of damaging your home or respecting the emotions of your grandson..... it isn't safe to have her around.

    my son won't go for a restraiing order... She broke my sons bedroom window trying to get his attention. It was a few months ago..... She's a drunk!!!!.......... The cops here know her and shes their friend........ more then likely my son would go to jail not her......... Shes driving on a surspended lic.......DUI. She is trying to turn me against my ds...... Not going to work.......... They wouldn't do anything to her when she broke the window......... just let her drive off ......she had been drinking that night too.......

    The first thing I would do is make sure that my son was not sharing an occasional dish of poundcake with this gal. Then I would get a restraining order, if it was my home, I would file, whether son did or not.

    I agree. It is YOUR house that got damaged, you have the right to file a complaint about property damage at the very least.

    I talked to the manger of the mobile home park I live in I don't think a restaining order will work but she was telling me about a no tresspass order so I will have to check it out. Come to find out she want my son and his kids to have no contact with me.......wth....... He lives with me I have alway been there for his kids and him...... She saids the boys spend to much time with me....... WELL I've been in their lives from day 1...... Even his ex wouldn't take us away from each other..... She has lots of problems with her mother who she lives with.
