Does he nap? If so you should nap too at the same time... even if just to relax and not sleep. It helps you generate a little more energy for the rest of the day.
hmmm......did you try the classical music? also, just remember that every time the baby cries, you do not have to go in and pick them up!! i learned that the hard way with dd. now, with ds, we give him about 10-15 minutes to see if he calms himself down. he usually does....if he even wakes up at all. hope this helps!

i learned that the hard way with dd. now, with ds, we give him about 10-15 minutes to see if he calms himself down. he usually does....if he even wakes up at all. hope this helps!
