    Cool How is your weather today?

    Here in Missouri we are having rain, rain, rain. The creeks and streams are flooded and the bigger river was almost over the banks when we came home from church this morning. Temps were in the 50s and the winds were gusting over 50 mph. About blew our truck off the road a couple of times!

    Talked to my folks in Iowa and they are snowed in and also have ice.

    How's the weather in your part of the country?

    Tornado warnings all day long state wide. The city right next to us where I grew up and my dad lives has had major damage, been put on a curfew, and officials are going door to door checking for missing, injured, and natural gas leaks. The Wal-Mart shopping center, the Kmart shoppng center, Whitney bank, a car wash, an apartment complex and a large neighborhood have all been heavily damaged. There are cars wrapped up in power lines, people trapped inside of one, power poles crossing a five lane road, etc....

    The bright side is so far no fatalities and only a handful of injuries have been reported as of about an hour ago.

    Lot's of Tornado warnings. No tornados in my town but not far away they had a confirmed 'nado.

    Cold and windy in NY, snow predicted for tomorrow! Stay safe for those of you in areas with tornado warnings, snow, and ice. I'm envious of those with 78 degree temps. It's been cold so long...it's this time of year I begin to wonder if it will ever warm up again .

    It was 30 and snowy. We also had wind and freezing rain. We stayed inside all day.

    It wasn't bad earlier. Kind of warm (for February) but cloudy. Now it's raining and the wind is horrible. It took off one of our storm windows and flung it across the yard
