Been MIA...
I was so involved last summer, and then a couple of things happened... I got a part time job, began homeschooling my 2 kids, moved, quit my part time job, Dh got laid off, DH and I started our own company, went on a mini trip to see my beautiful new niece (born 1/2/08) and now life has settled down a bit. Whew!! I'm hoping to jump back in and get caught up!!
How has everyone been?

Hubby has gotten his Limited Contractor's license (which is basically a glorified handyman) and we are concentrating our marketing on Real Estate Agents, Property Managers and Specialty shops in town that sell fireplace inserts, etc. The winter months are hard here due to the weather, but this license has been a blessing!! He actually removed snow from roofs for a week and made a fortune! We've been so blessed! The best thing that has happened to us so far has been his company closing and him getting laid off!!

Isn't that funny that you can say that now (layoff being the best thing that happened). At that very time you wouldn't have thought that you would ever say that.
Good for you guys! Good luck with the business and it's good having you back on board.Married to DH(11 years)

It's good to see you again and congrats on the new business. It's wonderful when something you think is going to be bad turns into a blessing in disguise.
