    I just found this site and happily so... this is really my kind of thing and a lifestyle I've been into for the last 20 years.
    I've browsed the site and see there are some very clever and resourceful people here...
    hope we can exchange ideas and learn from each other.

    occupation: recently retired RN, recently married ( about a year)
    debt: credit cards- zero... car payment: zero
    mortage: zero ( paid off in 1996)

    Hello, I am from western Michigan and just joined. I am looking forward to learning how to be more frugal when it comes to cooking and grocery shopping. I have been great in other areas but have been spending too much on eating out. I would love to get some ideas on how to cook easy and nutritious meals for my husband and I. I must admit I do not care for cooking and really never have, hence the eating out. However I do know that eating in is much cheaper. I will gladly accept all the help anyone is willing to give or if there is a good book to refer to I would love to know. Blessings, Rosiekay
